At HBCU FC, we create limited drops that represent our community, culture, and creativity.
Each piece is part of a bigger story — so instead of traditional refunds, we offer store credit to keep the energy flowing within our community.
1. Returns for Store Credit
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging (if possible)
Once approved, you’ll receive an e-gift card equal to your item’s value (minus shipping).
Your store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchases.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order shows up damaged or incorrect, that’s on us.
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll send you a replacement or issue store credit for the full amount — your choice.
4. Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges, but you can use your store credit to reorder the right size, team, or style once your return is processed.
5. Return Shipping
Unless we made a mistake, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable service — just to make sure it gets back to us safely. We will send you the return address information after you send us an email or message to: [email protected]
